Approved Estimate

As a customer of Jackson Rock Properties, LLC, you adhere to pay the amount notated in your estimate apon service completion, including the deposit to secure scheduled installation date.

Estimate Date

The “Estimate Date” reflects the first time the Estimate was delivered to potential customer. If gutter repairs or tree branch removal are included in the Estimate, the Gutter Guard installations “Estimate Date” may differ from the gutter repair/tree branch removal “Estimate Date”.

Services Postponed or Removed

As a customer of Jackson Rock Properties, LLC, you adhere and understand that we will be out to service your property weather permitting. Should there be rain, snow, wind or extreme temperatures in the forecast, you understand that services may be cancelled/postponed at no fault of ours.

Additional Removal or Postponed Reasons

circumstantial factors that require your assistance.

Service Cancellation by customer

As a customer of Jackson Rock Properties, LLC, you adhere and understand that should you (or someone on your behalf) cancel service without 24 hr notice, a cancellation fee of $50 will be billed to you in which payment is required.

Payments

As a customer of Jackson Rock Properties, LLC, you adhere to pay the amount notated in your invoice upon receiving your invoice minus any deposit.

Late Fees

There is a 5% Late Charge per month for unpaid accounts after 15 days.
